We do not guarantee that any client will obtain funding or capital. All funding decisions are made by third-party lenders, investors, or financial institutions. Our role is to assist in preparation, positioning, and introductions where applicable.
3. Not a Broker-Dealer
Continental Management Group is not a registered broker-dealer. We do not negotiate the sale of securities on behalf of clients or receive transaction-based compensation for the sale of securities. Any Private Placement Memorandum we prepare is a disclosure document only. Clients are strongly advised to have all offering documents reviewed by independent securities counsel.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all materials submitted to lenders or investors.
5. Fees
Fees for our services will be disclosed in a separate engagement agreement. Payment terms are as stated in that agreement. The Success Quotient™ Assessment fee is non-refundable once access is granted.
